If a paid plan does not work for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase and you will get your money back in full. No questions asked.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation you keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Renewal payments can be refunded within 30 days of the renewal date on the same terms.

How to request a refund

Reply to your receipt email, write to support@zelenye.com, or contact Paddle, our Merchant of Record, via paddle.net. Refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
