Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms govern your use of software published under the name “Zelenye Solutions” (the “Products”), including the CORS Switch browser extension and the websites at zelenye.com and its subdomains. The Products are provided by Individual Entrepreneur Eldar Latypov, registered in the Kyrgyz Republic, address: ul. Tynystanova 395, Sverdlovskij rajon, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan (“we”, “us”). 2. Using the Products

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Products. You may not resell the Products, remove licensing checks, or use the Products to break the law or to attack systems you are not authorized to test.

Some Products change how your browser handles web security features (for example, CORS). They are intended for development and testing. You are responsible for turning such features off when you do not need them.

3. Free and paid plans

Each Product may offer a free plan and a paid plan (“Pro”). Paid plans are sold as a subscription (billed monthly or yearly) or as a one-time lifetime license, as shown on the Product page at the time of purchase.

4. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's Buyer Terms apply to your purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email or by writing to us; you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.

6. Updates and availability

We may update the Products to fix bugs, improve features or comply with browser store rules. We aim to keep the Products working, but browsers and web platforms change and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Disclaimer

The Products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
